Where do the tours start?

Your Private Walking Tour starts at a convenient meeting point on Gamla Stan/Old Town.

We meet on the front steps of the Nobel Museum on Gamla Stan

OR I will pick you up at your hotel and begin the tour from there.

What time should I arrive for the tour?

Try to be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour begins.

What if it is raining, snowing, or windy

My tours are “weatherproof”! We go in all conditions.

In which languages are the tours available?

All my tours are in English. Upon special request Spanish or French.

How do I book?

The tour must be booked in advance.  Since our groups are small to preserve the intimate experience, spaces are limited.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refunds on all our Tours up to 24 hours before the start of the tour.

Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major international credit cards such as Visa, and MasterCard, We also accept PayPal.

Is the bike rental included?  

Yes!

What level of biking skills are required?

Guests must be experienced cyclists capable of biking safely and understand the inherent risks of biking when traveling abroad. Safety is paramount. You must be in adequate physical condition to bike 10-15 kilometers.

Are  Bike Tours appropriate for children?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate young children on the bike tours unless you book the tour as a PRIVATE TOUR.

Do you provide helmets?

Helmets are available free of charge..

What level of fitness is required for the Tour?

Guests should be comfortable walking for 45 min at a time without pausing.  Generally one should be able to walk for more than 4-5 km (2.5-5 mi) comfortably at a reasonable pace. I understand the capabilities and challenges of the mature traveler.

Are Walking Tours suitable for children?

Children are very welcome on our Walking Tours if they can walk more than 5 km (3 mi) at a reasonable pace.
